ndata has standardised procedures to ensure your data is captured in the most efficient and accurate manner possible. Firstly, a process control is decided upon which sets out the various technologies that will be used. We also specify a QA procedure which will ensure that the results exceed your expectations. Documents are imaged which allows us greater choice in how we undertake the capture. Images are then processed - often sections are cropped to assure absolute confidentiality - and we use OCR and check box recognition software where this is suitable. Keyboard data capture is used for handwriting and unstructured fields. Every stage of the process will have comprehensive field checks to reduce the chance of error. After capture, data is passed to QA where further quality checks are undertaken. The result is data that you can depend on. And this is how we will prove it. A standard part of our process is to provide you with the images. We index each image from it’s data record so you can easily display the source document. In this way you will have absolute confidence in our quality and you will have no paper storage concerns thus enhancing your organisation’s green credentials.
