Telewest, as one the UK’s largest mailers, wished to remove the name and addresses of movers to enable cost reduction for further mailings. ndata was chosen to provide the service, which included receipt of 900,000 returned mail items per year. Name and address information was keyed from the envelope together with the reason for the non-delivery. Monthly files allowed Telewest to target their future mailings more accurately.
